Since two of us were out of town for the actual Father Day, 06/17/07, we did it at Pilar's yesterday....It was pretty good...We ate steak, salad (recipe care of Nicole), baked potatoes, and stuffed bell peppers (vegetarian-style w/ feta cheese & roasted pine nuts). After dinner, we went to the beach for pictures & then back to Pilar's place for ice-cream....fun times....
