Here are the answers to FAQ:

The Creator of this masterpiece uses the screenname of Eggman913. He made "Women in Art", and several other beautiful videos that can be found on Youtube. See the links above. (You can watch this same version @ You Tube in FULL SCREEN.)

There was controversy over the first version; since the creator OBVIOUSLY didn't mean to offend anyone, he remade it with a few faces of color.

The new additions in this revised edition are: Dorothy Dandridge, Rita Moreno, Angela Bassett, Salma Hayek, and Halle Berry. (This MAY not be the complete list of changes, but I believe it is.) Joanne Woodward, Uma Thurman, Melanie Griffith, & Gwyneth Paltrow were deleted; you may find others.

The music is one of Bach's "Unaccompanied Suites for Cello", also used in the movie "Master and Commander" with Russell Crowe. Yo Yo Ma played it on the latest Oscars broadcast during the segment commemorating the film makers who died last year.

The original version can be found elsewhere on "various & sundry". I'm not allowed to put the link here.

You may try to contact the creator to find out how he created this by following one of the links above (surrounding the video.)

I hope you enjoy the terrific work done by Eggman 913 as much as I have.

So do I....yes, the guy who created it, eggman913, did an excellent job...& yes, I've seen some of his other videos too...he's a really cool guy & I'm actually rather glad I pulled the other video and people were WAY beyond unreasonable in their opinions about it....did you see any of that??

I saw the original and some of the posts, but the only criticism was about the lack of women of color. It must have become more unreasonable after I saw it. Miraulam, I'm new to this group and would like to contact you, but don't know how. Maybe you can help.

I loved the first video as well. If anyone knows the names of the stars in order, I'd love to have it.
Thanks

Well, you can contact the guy who made bother versions here:

I don't think he'll be very anxious to send out the original because of the enormous grief he went through when it was on my site here. There were a LOT of personal attacks & vicious accusations of racism & ultimately I did both of us a HUGE favor by deleting the video & the thread.

This was fantastic.. I loved this even better than Women In Art. What makes this absolutely wonderful is that you can see how the face of women in film has changed throughout the years. Oh they're all beautiful but the look of the 30s all the way to the 00s is just different. Different kidns of beauty but somehow connected... wonderful
